#1 How have you become a product of your environment? What does that mean to you?
I grew up in Utah, and skiing has always been a huge part of my life. While skiing as kid I learned to love the outdoors, exploring, and finding others that were into the same thing. These experiences as a kid, have built me into the person I am today. I love the outdoors. Skiing was my gateway outdoor experience, and then it was camping, mountain biking, fly-fishing and traveling. Along the way, I’ve met many incredible people. As my mom always said, “Birds of a feather flock together.”

#3 Life motto?

#4 Tell us about the most life-changing trip or experience you’ve had.
I’ve been to many amazing places, and had some amazing experiences. None of them come close to the day I became a parent. It was like an immediate “You are the most important thing in my life and I can not believe how much I love you” moment. Watching my children grow up has been without a doubt the coolest thing ever. Everyday is a new experience. They are 9 and 10 now. They are funny, smart, sassy, and are starting to be little rippers on skis and their mountain bikes. It is both the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, yet the most fulfilling.
#5 Top three travel destinations?
I live in Utah, and really there is so much here to discover and I love it- but I’ll keep it to my favorite spots. Italy, Thailand and Japan
#6 Five things you can’t travel without.
I always joke- “Rule number one of a road trip is to bring your swimsuit” so, Swimsuit, Beats Studio Headphones, Goal Zero chargers, Smith Lowdown 2 shades, and flip flops.
#7 What was the most dangerous trip or experience you’ve had. How did you handle it?
I’m not sure I could narrow that to one experience, but for sure have been in some sketchy situations. I think the key is to not panic and try to keep a level head. Stay calm and take it easy.
